Thai Elite Visa

The Thailand Elite Visa is a long-term visa under the Privilege Entry Visa category. It offers residency in Thailand for periods ranging from 5 to 20 years, depending on the chosen package. The Elite Visa is a 5-year renewable multiple-entry visa with a 1-year stay per entry.

This visa is ideal for digital nomads, retirees, and businesspeople who frequently visit Thailand and wish to avoid the hassle of Thailand’s visa system.

Tourist Visa

The Tourist Visa to Thailand allows for a 60-day stay and can be either multiple-entry or single-entry. It can be extended for an additional 30 days at an immigration office. For longer stays, you can convert the Tourist Visa to a Non-Immigrant Visa.

Non-Immigrant Visa

The Non-Immigrant Visa is typically a single-entry visa valid for 90 days. Depending on the visa type, it can also allow you to get a work permit and open a bank account. This visa can be extended to a long-term visa. Types include:

• Non-B Business Visa
• Non-O Retirement Visa
• Non-O Marriage Visa
• Non-B Investment Visa
• Long-Term Residence Visa

Marriage Visa and Retirement Visa

There is no direct application for Marriage and Retirement Visas. To qualify, you must first obtain a Non-Immigrant Visa and then convert it. For a Marriage Visa, you need to be married to a Thai national. For a Retirement Visa, you must be 50 years or older. Both visas allow a 1-year stay, renewable without leaving Thailand.

Business Visa

The Non-Immigrant Business Visa is designed for those who want to work or do business in Thailand. With this visa, you can also obtain a work permit and open a bank account. It can be extended annually as long as employment or business continues.

Permanent Resident Visa

To qualify for a Permanent Resident Visa, you must have stayed in Thailand for 3 consecutive years with 1-year visa extensions. If married to a Thai citizen, you must earn 40,000 THB per month. If single, your monthly income must be at least 80,000 THB. You need to present 3 years of personal tax statements to prove your income.
