Thailand Privilege Membership

Overview

Thailand Privilege, formerly associated with the Thailand Elite program, offers long-stay visa membership options for eligible foreign passport holders. The membership period and included services depend on the package selected. Membership does not, by itself, authorize employment in Thailand.

Who can apply

• Applicants must meet Thailand Privilege's published membership qualifications and immigration conditions.
• The Reserve package is invitation-only. Package availability and limited offers should be confirmed before applying.
• Membership approval remains subject to screening and acceptance by Thailand Privilege.

Financial requirements

• Bronze: THB 650,000 for five years; no annual privilege points (limited-offer status should be confirmed).
• Gold: THB 900,000 for five years; 20 privilege points per year.
• Platinum: THB 1,500,000 for ten years; 35 points per year.
• Diamond: THB 2,500,000 for 15 years; 55 points per year.
• Reserve: THB 5,000,000 for 20 years; 120 points per year; invitation-only.
• All fees and benefits are subject to current membership terms.

Visa validity and permission to stay

The membership packages have stated periods of five, ten, 15 or 20 years. The actual visa, entry and reporting arrangements follow Thailand Privilege and Thai immigration procedures; a membership term should not be confused with unconditional permission to remain without complying with those procedures.

Typical supporting documents

• Valid foreign passport and completed membership application.
• Identification photograph and additional personal information requested during screening.
• Any further background-check, relationship or membership documents required by Thailand Privilege.
