Buddhism Studies (Monk) or Performing Buddhism Ritual Activities

- Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months
- Approval letter from the National office of Buddhism
- Confirmation letter from the host temple
- Academic certificate from the previous level
Foreigner wishes to perform Buddhism ritual activities
- Passport or travel document with a validity of not less than 6 months with at least two blank pages
- Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months
- Travel booking confirmation
- Financial evidence, e.g., bank statements, proof of earnings, proof of sponsorship from a third party
- Confirmation letter from the host temple
Foreigners Seeking to Promote or Involve in a Religious Mission with Approval from the Thai Concerned authority
- Passport or travel document with a validity of not less than 6 months with at least two blank pages
- Photograph of the applicant, taken within the past six months
