  • Reserve a unique name for your company with the Department of Business Development (DBD)
  • Prepare Registration Documents, including company charter, shareholder information, memorandum of association (if applicable), and proof of registered office address
  • Submit your application and required fees to the DBD
  • Upon successful registration, you’ll receive a business certificate, officially registering your company in Thailand
